Roy did an addition on our house a little over two years ago. We had never done major construction on before and were a bit apprehensive at first. The entire process was an absolute pleasure. There were no “surprises” once the work started and at the end of the project the pricing was right where we expected. The positive experience did not end there however. Over the last two years as things have “settled” we’ve had to call Roy for minor touch ups; he has always responded promptly and professionally.
